Here’s a quick workout I did today. I almost talked my self out of doing but I decided to keep it short and sweet. A quick 30 minute workout with Kettlebells. I used a 20kg (44.4lbs). On the RPE scale from 1-10 I give my level of effort about a 7.5.
Kettlebell Swings 20 reps x 10 sets (200 swings)
Double Kettlebell Clean & Squat 5 reps x10 sets (50 reps) I was only able to complete 25 since my low back and hip were bothering me.
1-Arm Kettlebell Snatches 10 Reps per arm x 3 sets each (60 reps)
